Where can I get a handle Control Plate for a 3 1/2 cu. ft. mixer 61932.

I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work? I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into. Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works. If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea. Has anyone tried calling Harbor Freight parts if so did you ever get in touch with anyone? I have sat for hours on end several times for weeks and months sometimes phone died and still no answer very poor customer service. All I want to do is order few parts for machine that I puchased from Harbor Freight Please someone help me

Called what was supposed to be a customer SERVICE representative, but the last thing that this person was interested in providing was anything close to service, after the call things were just as puzzling as they were before I called and the worst part is this isn't my first experience in dealing with the rude reps that are employed by Harbor Freight. 2 thumbs down for the customer service line

According to the store you HAVE to go through there phone customer service yet when I have tried calling now for 2 weeks it says you must contact us online, and then tells you of a dead address to go to and hangs up
